Rev. Dale Weathers

Rev. Dale Weathers has been the Associate Pastor of Renaissance Baptist Church since 1992. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration  from William Tyndale  College in 2005.

Dale currently works as a Network Engineer for the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. He has been married to Julaine Gaddis for thirty years and has three children, Jazzmin, Jade, and Joshua.

Rev. Pamela Jenkins

Rev. Pamela is a member of Renaissance Baptist Church of Detroit under the pastorate, Rev. Dr. Edwin H. Holmes were she received her licensing in Ministry in 2010 and Ordained on December 15, 2013.  Rev. Pamela has served as Director of Youth Department and C.R.E.W. (Children Rejoicing and Engaging in Worship-God in Me) Youth Minister for over 16 years, a member of Women of Excellence Ministry, enjoys ministering in song with RBC Anointed Praise Team and Mass Choir, but most of all a devoted servant for the Lord.  

Rev. Pamela is the proud mother of two daughters Natashia and Erricka, son-n-law Corey Reed, grand-daughter Charlee Jane, NaNa to Kyla, Kennedy, Tyler and Callie and is affectionately known as Momma J. to many.  

Rev. Anthony Sharpe

Rev. Anthony E. Sharpe is a Detroit native educated in the Detroit Public School System.  He earned a B.S. in Zoology and a M.S. in Microbiology at Alabama A&M University.  He is currently enrolled at Newburgh Theological Seminary working towards a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Education.  He accepted his call to preach in 2006, and was ordained to preach the Gospel in 2010.

In 2012, he established, “The Walking Ministry” at Morgantown FCI.  He currently serves as an Associate Minister, Sunday School Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher, and Men’s Ministry Leader at Renaissance Baptist Church.  He has been married for 19 years to his soulmate Dianna D. Sharpe who serves with him as Sunday School Superintendent.  He is the proud father of five children – Justin, Shaquanna, Kianna, Toni, and Megan
